Linda Jenkins, Psychologist
Linda is an experienced clinical psychologist and has been a registered psychologist since 2006. Prior to practising psychology, she was involved in social and cognitive research. Linda works with adults with a range of problems including depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and pain management.
Linda utilises a variety of evidence-based and best practice therapeutic interventions including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to suit the needs of her clients. She is committed to ongoing professional development.
