Lincoln Clinical Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Oxley.
The services provided by our Brisbane Psychologists are approved by
Medicare and private health insurers.
Evidence-based, best-practice treatments are used for a range of mental health disorders, in addition
to providing practical skills to assist you to deal with difficulties that come up in everyday situations.
People see psychologists for a range of different reasons, and they use therapy as a tool to help them during times when they are not coping as well as they would like.  At the moment your issues may feel overwhelming or never ending, but you are not alone. Together with your psychologist you will work towards achieving your goals, and getting into a better place.  What is involved with Individual therapy is you will discuss your current concerns, then together with your psychologist you will look at what factors are contributing to or maintaining these concerns. Therapy strategies, skills and tools will be tailored to your concerns in order to assist you to better manage the challenges that you are facing.

Linda Jenkins, Psychologist

Linda is an experienced clinical psychologist and has been a registered psychologist since 2006. Prior to practising psychology, she was involved in social and cognitive research.  Linda works with adults with a range of problems including depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and pain management.
Linda utilises a variety of evidence-based and best practice therapeutic interventions including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to suit the needs of her clients.  She is committed to ongoing professional development.
